Shipping Method

All products from our store are made-to-order. Manufacturing takes approximately 1 to 2 months. After manufacturing is completed, products will be carefully delivered to customers by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

Delivery Time

Delivery is usually expected within 2 months after shipping. Please refer to the estimated delivery date on each product page.

Prices include tax.

  • Hokkaido: 1,300 yen
  • Aomori, Akita, Iwate: 1,200 yen
  • Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima: 900 yen
  • Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Tokyo, Yamanashi: 900 yen
  • Niigata, Nagano: 900 yen
  • Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui: 900 yen
  • Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, Gifu: 900 yen
  • Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama, Hyogo: 1,100 yen
  • Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tottori, Shimane: 1,300 yen
  • Kagawa, Tokushima, Ehime, Kochi: 1,300 yen
  • Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima: 1,300 yen
  • Okinawa: 2,100 yen

Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns due to customer preferences. However, if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will promptly proceed with the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

Our products are made-to-order, crafted carefully after receiving your order. Due to this nature, we generally do not accept order cancellations. However, cancellations on the same day of the order will not incur any cancellation fees.

For cancellations after the day of order, the following fees apply:

  • From the day after the order : 100% of the total payment as a cancellation fee
  • Cancellation processing fee: 1,000 yen flat rate
  • Shipping fee (only after shipping preparation) : 1,000 yen

For multiple item orders, only the cancellation of the entire order is accepted.

Please understand the nature of our made-to-order products and carefully consider your order before placing it.

Handling of Defective Products

Please inspect the appearance of the product upon receipt. We take great care to deliver products in perfect condition, but if any of the following issues occur, we will promptly address them.

  • The product received is different from the ordered item
  • The product is damaged

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via the contact form, and we will provide return instructions.
