Please check the appearance of the product upon receipt. We take great care to deliver products in perfect condition, but if any of the following issues occur, we will promptly address them.

  • The product received is different from the ordered item
  • The product is damaged

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via the contact form, and we will provide return instructions. Returns will be handled on a freight collect basis, so please rest assured.
