Returns & Exchanges

We generally do not accept returns due to customer preferences. However, if there is any defect, damage, or incorrect delivery of the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will promptly proceed with the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

Our products are made to order, crafted carefully after receiving your order. Due to this nature, we generally do not accept order cancellations. However, cancellations on the same day of the order will not incur any cancellation fees.

For cancellations after the day of order, the following fees apply:

• From the day after the order: 100% of the total payment as a cancellation fee
• Cancellation processing fee: ¥1,000
• Shipping fee (only after shipping preparation): ¥1,000

For multiple items ordered, we only accept cancellation of the entire order.

We appreciate your understanding of the nature of our made-to-order products and ask that you carefully consider your order before placing it.

Handling of Defective Products

Please inspect the appearance of the product upon receipt. While we take great care to deliver products in perfect condition, we will promptly address the following issues if they occur.

• The product received is different from the ordered item
• The product is damaged

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via the Contact Form. We will provide return instructions, and the return shipping will be at our expense.
